In the third and fourth years of the dual-degree program at SUNY Albany, students focus intensively on their chosen specialization: either Business Administration (BUS) or Financial Market Regulation (FMR). Through a carefully curated curriculum led by distinguished faculty members and industry professionals, students delve into advanced topics such as strategic management, financial analysis, marketing strategy, and regulatory compliance. They engage in experiential learning opportunities including internships, research projects, and case competitions, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios within the dynamic business landscape of the United States. Career Opportunities After Program Completion
In order to be able to apply for the work visa for USA, you must apply for a visa from India and you must have confirmed employment in the US.
You need to have a job and a letter from the organisation confirming your employment to be able to apply for the work category.
You will need an I-129 and I-797 form from your employer. Your employer will need to possess a Labour certification approval from the Department of Labour in the US.
You should meet the health requirements and must be healthy enough to travel to the US.
You must be within the age limit to be able to apply for a work permit and must be of good character and have genuine intentions behind working in the United States of America
UAlbany graduates with this degree are regularly recruited by multinational corporations including BAE Systems, Citibank, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY (Ernst & Young), and Northwestern Mutual.
Placements are secured before the program ends as the program and university has good traction and industry engagement.
