Fee Structure for Undergraduate Programs at VU For In-State Students from Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE States
To establish in-state status, the student will have to meet the following criteria:-
Anyone of the following listed documents shall be accepted to establish the domicile:
- SSC Xth Marksheet and HSC XIIth Marksheet from Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE States State board.
- Domicile/Birth/Leaving Certificate of candidate Indicating place of Birth in the state of Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE States.
- A letter from the School or Junior College located in Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE States certifying that you have been a student of the institution for the past 5 years.
An established In-State Student will be entitled to receive education at Vijaybhoomi University at a special fee which is 75% of the normal credit fee. The special fee shall be applicable only to the Tuition fee. All other fees will be charged as per normal charges.

* All additional credits, over and above the academic requirements of the first academic degree, towards a certificate/ diploma/ major/ minor/ dual degree, will be charged at 25 percent of the normal credit fee.
* The Registration fee is non-refundable.
- The Number of Instalments will depend on the tenure of the student on campus to complete program(s) of choice.
- The above fee schedule is indicative as the tuition fee is dependent on the total number of credits taken by you in one academic year. Each student is required to take a minimum of 40 credits in an academic year and the students will be charged for a minimum of 40 Credit at the rate of Rs 7,500 per credit in advance for the ensuing academic year. In case the students complete more than 40 Credits in an academic year, the student will need to pay for the extra credits at the end of the academic year.
- As per UGC guidelines, if any other documents or criteria related clarification/queries will arise, applicant have to adhere by it.
- Completion of the admission process including payment of the Registration Fee, the first Instalment and the hostel fees prior to the Early Admission Decision Closing Date (31st January 2026) will entitle a student to receive 1 lakh rebate on the credit fee for the first-year tuition fee. (To be adjusted against 4 quarterly instalments)
- The fees schedule is applicable for the program commencing Sept. 2026. This schedule is indicative and will vary depending on the Credits taken by the student.
- The Academic Year at Vijaybhoomi University begins July 1st every year and ends May 15th of the following year
- VU refund policy for processing and tuition fees is fully compliant with the refund guidelines stipulated by the UGC.
- All refunds will be applied before 30th September 2026 and same shall be processed as per VU refund policy.

Fee Structure for 4 Year Undergraduate Programs at VU FOR 50% SCHOLARSHIP (MERIT AND PERFORMANCE/ ZUBEEN GARG PERFORMANCE/ PRINCIPAL’S RECOMMENDATION)
To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:
- This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis to 75% and above for merit-based scholarship applications for Merit Scholarship on the recommendation by the school Dean. (For non-music and non-design programs) OR
- Those applicants who have attained and can demonstrate proficiency in performing arts. (For music and design programs)
- This scholarship will be 50% of the total tuition fee as applicable to out of state students.
- For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.

Fee Structure for 4 Year Undergraduate Programs at VU For 25% Scholarship (Armed Forces-Serving/Retired)
To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:
- This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis to wards of parents who are/were employed and are serving/retired by the Defense Services i.e. Army, Airforce and the Navy, as well as CAPF.
- This scholarship will be 25% of the total tuition fee.
- For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:
- This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis to wards of parents who were employed by the Armed Forces i.e. Army, Airforce and the Navy, as well as CAPF.
- This scholarship will be 100% of the total tuition fee as applicable to wards of martyrs.
- For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:
- The family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs 8,00,000 (Rupees Eight Lacs).
- The candidate should have undergone the VU selection process and earned qualifying marks prescribed for these scholarships and have been recommended by the ASP panel and approved by the Dean.
- For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.
