Vijaybhoomi School of Design offers a unique post-graduate programme in Design, the curriculum of which is designed to enable students to investigate new theoretic and design-oriented routes to acquire a critical understanding of design.

The 4th industrial revolution has bought an exponential change in the global economy which in return have put up a demand for experts who is capable of navigating complex and open-ended challenges. Design discipline will ensure you the needed skillsets, our pedagogy involves interactive ways of thinking and learning with the help of hands-on, cross-disciplinary, and multimedia practices.

By the completion of 2 years post graduate programme at Design at Vijaybhoomi School of Design, the students will transform to professionals who can creatively conceptualize universal and sustainable design solutions, convert them into value propositions, influence business, and positively impact the future

Prof. Pravin Mishra is an award-winning filmmaker and an accomplished painter. His numerous accolades include ‘National Critics Award’ at the prestigious Mumbai International Film Festival by Government of India. An alumnus of National Institute of Design, Prof. Mishra has been a weekly columnist with TOI’s Ahmedabad Mirror for over 5 years. He was also the Director of Crafting Creative Communication (CCC) programme at MICA. At Vijaybhoomi University, Prof. Mishra brings in creativity and design thinking to nurture future-ready professionals.

This is a programme specially designed for those who want to pursue a career as Communication Designers. Communication Design at Vijaybhoomi includes graphic design, filmmaking, animation, photography, design for digital experience, information and interactive design.

The selection will be through four stages:

  • Application form
  • Online test on creative aptitude
  • Design studio test for creativity, language and visual skills
  • Personal interview and portfolio evaluation
