* Fees schedule is applicable for the program commencing 2024. This schedule is indicative and will vary depending on the Credits taken by the student. The extra credits will be charged at the rate of Rs 5000 per credit and this rate will be subject to reduction in case the student has got a scholarship award.
To establish instate status the student will have to meet either of the following two criterion
- The applicant should be bonafide student of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) board of Maharashtra. To establish eligibility the student will need to provide the HSC marksheet and in the absence of the same will need to share the examination hall ticket assigned by the HSC board.
- The student will need to provide proof of residence for atleast 5 years in Maharashtra

Hostel Fee for Residential Students

- Security deposit will need to be paid before bed allocation and will returned at the time of vacating the hostel after deducting the standard damage charges levied for that year.
- Hostel rooms are shared with other inmates & the number of inmates is determined by the configuration of the rooms.
- Allocation of beds is done through a lottery system.
- Annual hostel fees are subject to revision each year.
- All meals are managed by Sodexo and is included in the hostel fee.
- Hostel fee is applicable only for students opting for on campus residences.
Available Scholarships
Economic Support Scholarship (EWS)
Vijaybhoomi University offers a 100% tuition fee waiver to students from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). This scholarship supports meritorious students from underprivileged backgrounds, enabling them to pursue quality education and a brighter future.
Scholarship for Armed Forces & CAPF Families
To honor the service of our Defence and CAPF personnel, we offer:
- 100% scholarship for wards of martyrs (up to 5% of total seats), upon submission of Martyr’s Certificate and Discharge Book.
- 25% scholarship for wards of serving or retired personnel, on submission of Discharge Book/Service Certificate.
Awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Excellence in Sports & Performing Arts Scholarship
Students who have represented their state or country in national or international sports events, or have demonstrated exceptional talent in performing arts, are eligible for a 50% tuition fee scholarship for the entire duration of their program.
This initiative supports their pursuit of excellence—both in their passion and academics.
Girl Student Scholarship
Aimed at empowering young women, this 10% tuition fee scholarship is awarded for the entire program duration to:
- Students from rural or underserved regions
- Children of single mothers or orphans
Requirements for EWS Scholarship
To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:
- The family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs 8,00,000 ( Rupees Eight Lacs)
- The candidate should have undergone the VU selection process and earned qualifying marks prescribed for this scholarships and have been recommended by the ASP panel and approved by the Dean
- For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council
- All Students granted scholarship will be required to maintain a CGPA of 7.00 every academic year to continue availing the scholarship
- All students awarded such scholarship will be required to work for atleast 200 hours very year in a function assigned by the University.
