VUMH01: Fee Structure for Undergraduate Programs at VU For In-State Students from Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE Territories.

To establish in-state status, the student will have to meet the following criteria:-

Anyone of the following listed documents shall be accepted to establish the domicile:

o SSC Xth Marksheet and HSC XIIth Marksheet from Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE Territories State board.
o Domicile/Birth/Leaving Certificate of candidate Indicating place of Birth in the state of Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE Territories.
o A letter from the School or Junior College located in Maharashtra/ J&K/ NE Territories certifying that you have been a student of the institution for the past 5 years.

An established In-State Student will be entitled to receive education at Vijaybhoomi University at a special fee which is 75% of the normal credit fee. The special fee shall be applicable only to the Tuition fee. All other fees will be charged as per normal charges.

* All additional credits, over and above the academic requirements of first year fee degree will be charged at 25 percent of the normal credit fee.

* The Registration fee includes a welcome kit and is non-refundable.

Terms and conditions:

1. The Number of Instalments will depend on the tenure of the student on campus to complete program(s) of choice.

2. The above fee schedule is indicative as the tuition fee is dependent on the total number of credits taken by you in one academic year. Each student is required to take a minimum of 40 credits in an academic year and the students will be charged for a minimum of 40 Credit at the rate of Rs 7,500 per credit in advance for the ensuing academic year.

3. As per UGC guidelines, if any other documents or criteria related clarification/queries will arise, applicant have to adhere by it.

4. Completion of the admission process including payment of the Registration Fee, the First Instalment and the hostel fees prior to the Early Admission Decision Closing Date (31st January 2026) will entitle a student to receive 1 lakh rebate on the credit fee for the first-year tuition fee. (To be adjusted against 4 quarterly instalments)

5. The fees schedule is applicable for the program commencing Sept. 2026. This schedule is indicative and will vary depending on the Credits taken by the student.

6. The Academic Year at Vijaybhoomi University begins July 1st every year and ends May 15th of the following year

7. VU refund policy for processing and tuition fees is fully compliant with the refund guidelines stipulated by the UGC.

8. All refunds will be applied before 30th September 2026 and same shall be processed as per VU refund policy.

3. Hostel fee will not be prorated based on number of days, is non-refundable and payable for one academic year in advance.

4. Hostel rooms are air conditioned and are allotted on a 4-sharing basis. Each room is equipped with an Integrated Unit consisting of a bed, study table and storage space for each inmate.

5. Allocation of beds is done through a lottery system.

6. Hostel fees include lodging and boarding charges for on academic year. The boarding facilities consists of breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the stay on campus. Charges on meals skipped by students are not refundable or adjustable.

VUDS03-A: Fee Structure for Undergraduate Programs at VU For 25% Scholarship (DEAN’S MERIT/PERFORMANCE SCHOLARSHIP)

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:

• This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis on the recommendation by the school Dean on the basis of admission selection process or music/design portfolio.

• This scholarship will be 25% of the total tuition fee for the entire duration.

• For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.

· All students awarded such scholarship will be required to work for at least 200 hours in a function assigned by the University.

VUAF04: Fee Structure for Undergraduate Programs at VU For 25% Scholarship (Armed Forces-Serving/Retired)

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:

• This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis to wards of parents who are/were employed and are serving/retired by the Defense Services i.e. Army, Airforce and the Navy, upon submission of a copy of service certificate or discharge book from relevant organisation.

• This scholarship will be 25% of the total tuition fee.

• For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.

· All scholarships will be extended and renewed automatically every year provided the student maintains a CGPA of more than 7.0 each annually. The University retains the rights to withdraw the scholarship in case the student is not able maintain the desired academic performance or is found guilty of misconduct.

VUMS05: Fee Structure for Undergraduate Programs at VU For 100% Scholarship (Armed Forces- Martyrs).

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:

• This scholarship will be awarded on a first cum first basis to wards of parents who were employed by the Armed Forces i.e. Army, Airforce and the Navy.

• This scholarship will be 100% of the total tuition fee as applicable to wards of martyrs upon submission of martyr certificate.

• For grant of scholarship, a candidate must secure the prescribed qualifying marks, as approved by the Academic Council of the University.

· All scholarships will be extended and renewed automatically every year provided the student maintains a CGPA of more than 7.0 each annually. The University retains the rights to withdraw the scholarship in case the student is not able maintain the desired academic performance or is found guilty of misconduct.

VUEW06: Fee Structure for Undergraduate Programs at VU For 100% Scholarship (EWS/Kanyathon).

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:

• The family income of the candidate should not be more than Rs 8,00,000 (Rupees Eight Lacs).

• The candidate should have undergone the VU selection process and earned qualifying marks prescribed for these scholarships and have been recommended by the ASP panel and approved by the Dean.

To avail this scholarship the following criteria shall be observed:
