Mr. Rajiv Kohli

Rajiv Kohli is the Principal of VSIS with over 35 years of experience in school education and administration. He has served in leading institutions such as Rajghat Besant School, Colvin Taluqdars’ College, Sarala Birla Academy, and Genesis Global School, with expertise across Cambridge (IGCSE & A-Level), IB Diploma, and National curricula (ISC & CBSE).
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles including Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Academics, and House Master.
His educational philosophy focuses on creating inclusive, collaborative, and student-centered learning environments that foster holistic growth.
He is also an authorized Cambridge trainer, IB professional development leader, and has extensive experience with IBDP authorization, evaluation, and as an IBEN Examiner and IA Moderator.
