Anuradha Padhy is an accomplished legal academic with a strong foundation in Constitutional Law and Taxation. A graduate of KIIT Law School, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Anuradha holds a LL.M. in Constitutional Law (2022–2024) and a B.B.A. LL.B. (Taxation Hons.) (2017–2022). She has a keen interest in Constitutional Law, Taxation, Human Rights, and Jurisprudence. As an active researcher, Anuradha has published extensively in renowned journals, including works on tribal women’s rights, corporate tax reforms, and conversion therapy under Article 21. She stood 6th in the 11th KIIT Intra Moot Court Competition (2019) and has also served as the editor and founding member of Lawbees, a legal blog specializing in IPR, Sports, and Entertainment Law. With a strong inclination toward teaching and mentoring, she has worked as a Teaching Associate at Eklavya Underprivileged Education and Welfare Trust, focusing on child rights and curriculum development, and has also been given the opportunity to take UG classes of Family Law, Constitutional Law, and Taxation Law while she was in her Masters’ programme. Her extensive internship experience includes Odisha High Court, Civil and Sessions Courts, and virtual research internships, where she gained practical insights into criminal law, arbitration, taxation, and consumer protection. Additionally, Anuradha has actively participated in moot courts, mock trials, and legal symposiums, complemented by certifications in child rights, arbitration, and criminal law reforms. She is also known for her effective communication, leadership, and legal research skills, which can be reflected by her dissertation titled, “River Disputes in India and its impact upon the Federal structure of India”. Anuradha brings a dynamic blend of academic excellence and practical expertise to their role as a legal educator and researcher.
