Dr. Santosh Kumar

Dr. Santosh Kumar is a seasoned academician with over 19 years of rich, blended experience across academia and industry. He has held managerial positions with leading institutions such as ICICI and Reliance Capital, bringing deep industry perspectives to his academic endeavors. Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. and an MBA in Finance from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (BITS).

A prolific researcher and writer, he has authored over 40 research papers, with 32 indexed in Scopus, ABDC, and ABS-listed journals, in addition to publishing a scholarly book. His commitment to academic excellence is further reflected through his service on the editorial and review boards of reputed international journals. Dr. Kumar has actively represented his work at numerous national and international conferences, including a United Nations conference in New York.

An accomplished trainer and mentor, he has conducted over 30 Management Development Programs (MDPs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and expert sessions across leading academic institutions.
