Dr. Rishi Kapal is a distinguished global speaker specialising in leadership , education excellence and human capital development. A Stanford LEAD alumnus with a Ph.D. in Leadership & Psychology, dual master’s degrees in Business Management, a law and engineering degree, he has over three decades of experience across global corporations and academia.
Dr. Rishi’s five published books and numerous consulting engagements continue to inspire leaders to combine human insight with business strategy for sustainable growth. His corporate leadership journey includes key CXO roles at Sony Mobile. Qualcomm, Ericsson, and Castrol, managing multi million dollars P&L portfolios.
