Dr. Gautam Sinha

Dr Gautam Sinha is an accomplished academic leader and operations management expert with over four decades of experience spanning academia and industry. He served as the Vice Chancellor of IMS Unison University, Dehradun (2019–2022), and was the Founding Director of IIM Kashipur (2012–2018), where he played a pivotal role in establishing the institute's academic programs and infrastructure.

A Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a PhD holder from IIT Kharagpur, Dr. Sinha has extensive teaching experience at premier institutions like IIT Kharagpur and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He has published numerous research papers in reputed journals and authored books, including Research Methodology: A Guide for Researchers in Management and the Social Sciences. His industrial experience includes leadership roles at SAIL and Larsen & Toubro.
