BIOGRAPHY

Kaliprasad is a researcher and academician with an interest in Control System and Robotics Design. He completed his master's in technology with outstanding performance from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in 2014 and was a recipient of GATE fellowship from AICTE, MHRD. Before joining Vijaybhoomi University, he was associated with MIT Group of Institution as an assistant professor for 9 years. He has been awarded the "Best Teacher of the Department Award" in 2015 by MIT Academy of Engineering. Being a passionate researcher, Kaliprasad has published several papers in high indexed journal and conferences like IEEE, Springer etc. He was awarded two times "IEEE, Best Paper Award" in IEEE international conference for his excellent research contribution in track of IoT, robotics, control and automation in 2022 and 2016 respectively. His primary research areas include sliding mode control, active disturbance rejection control for linear and nonlinear systems, PID Control design and applications, control law design of energy scavenging from renewable energy sources and data modelling and visualization. He was invited speaker for research workshop and Business Analytical Model and Data Visualization for students of Faculty of Engineering and Informatics at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Indonesia. He has served for 2 years as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for DAE- BRNS Gov. of India funded project. Currently, Kaliprasad is a professional member of IEEE, CSI and IAENG and reviewer for Journal of Systems and Control Engineering-SAGE Publication, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems and IEEE Access
