A passionate educator & leader with international experience in teaching & management across South East Asia, India & the Middle East, Vinay has dedicated his energies to inspiring and training individuals for careers in performance & production arts. He has taught extensively on programs affiliated with higher education institutions in the U.K, USA & Australia and has also successfully managed two of India’s leading music institutions. With almost two decades of professional experience in audio production specialising in live sound, he has taught at the International College of Music in Malaysia as well at the SAE Institutes in Dubai & Chennai. Upon his return to India, he shifted course into management and actively contributed in revamping the Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music near Chennai as the Head of the Academics.

He was also managing the Global Music Institute in Greater Noida and was instrumental in setting up high quality standards in programs, teaching & learning as General Manager for Programmes and Enrolment.

Always eager to make a unique impact and a difference in the life of the learner, he feels that in an A.I generation students need to be motivated to renew & realign their creative abilities through mentorship.

His research interests include intelligent DAWs, concert production technologies, immersive audio, curriculum design, A.I in education & 21st century teaching and learning.
