Dr. Sharad Pulate holds a Ph.D. in HRM, an MBA in HR, as well as degrees in MCM, DCM, MA, and BA.
Dr. Sharad Pulate was working earlier as a Deputy Registrar at Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Karad.is a multi-skilled techno-management professional with a total of 25 years of experience in Training, Research, PG-Teaching, and Administration/Management of Higher Education Institutions.

He had a total of 25 Years of Experience in Teaching and Administration in well-known Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) out of which 10.8 Years in the University Administration [Private University established by State Act. & Deemed to be Universities] 8.8 Years in Technical and Administration and 5.7 Years in Teaching and Academic Administration.

Diverse skill set i.e. Teaching, Technical, and University Administration. Work experience in all types of profiles & have a stronghold in the University Administration.

Worked in the two reputed Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and received appreciation as Most Dedicated & Punctual Employee (2019) and Employee of the Year 2006” for Outstanding Performance from both Universities.

Prior to joining , Dr. Sharad held various Academic and Administrative Leadership positions for over 25 years such as:
