About the Theme
The International Conference on Responsible Management in the Era of AI (ICRMAI) aims to explore the intersection of management practices and artificial intelligence, addressing the challenges and opportunities that arise in various domains such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, computer science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, robotics and IoT. It also emphasizes the importance of social and environmental considerations in the context of AI advancements. This conference provides a platform for researchers, academicians, and industry experts to discuss responsible AIdriven decision-making, ethical considerations, and sustainable business and technological practices that shape the future of industries worldwide.

ICRMAI – 2025 welcomes practitioners, academicians, research scholar, researchers, and students from management, technology and sustainability domain to showcase their latest research. We invite original research papers in the following domains:
Research Manuscript
To maintain consistency and high-quality standards, authors are required to adhere to the following formatting guidelines:
- Title: Times New Roman, 14pt, uppercase, centered.
- Authors' Names & Affiliations: Centered, italicized, and separated from the title by one blank line. Must include mail and email addresses.
- Body Text, Abstracts & Subtitles: Times New Roman, 12pt, normal, with single-line spacing.
- Margins: Top & Left – 30mm, Right & Bottom – 25mm.
- Abstract: Maximum 250 words, including keywords.
- Full Paper: Maximum 5000 words. Ensure the final submission is publication-ready.
- AI-Generated Content & Plagiarism: Must be strictly below 15%. Authors are encouraged to ensure clarity, originality, and adherence to ethical research practices before submission.
Referencing Style
- Format: Title in 14pt, uppercase, centered; body text in 12pt, Times New Roman, single-line spacing.
- Author Details: Include affiliation, mobile number, and email ID. All correspondence will be directed to the first author.
- References & Citations: Follow APA 7th Edition format.
- Tables & Figures: Numbered with captions and source attribution if adapted or reproduced.
- Footnotes: Use superscript numerals, placed at the bottom of the page (no endnotes).
Publication
Selected papers will have the opportunity to be published in Emerald Publishing, a globally recognized academic publisher. Papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high-quality contributions.
