BIOGRAPHY

Prof. Bagchi is a Graduate of BITS, Pilani and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IIM-A. He has served in the industry at the senior level which includes a tenure in consulting with a leading management consulting firm, providing him unique exposure to the inner world of reputed companies. Those learnings have given him a new perspective in academia, the differences in the context and environment notwithstanding. His area of interest, in addition to teaching, extend to developing system & processes that help in strengthening the culture of an organisation. He brings with him an experience of more than a decade in academic and has been a student and practitioner of institutional building.
